Senior Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities include:

• Independently execute and manage tenders end-to-end
• Configure tenders and e-Auctions on an e-Sourcing platform by translating the client strategy and objectives into a live project

• Provide consultation to category teams to ensure the tender objectives are effectively met
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with category teams and relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary input, feedback and sign-off on data and documentation

• Manage the tender/auction related activities – planning, configuration, monitoring and analysis

• Assisting client to onboard new suppliers into the tender process (registration on e- Sourcing platform and educating suppliers about the tender process)

• Perform data analyses such as: bid, spend, supplier performance analyses
• Provide recommendations to category teams based on the in-depth analyses performed (., which are the most suitable suppliers to negotiate with, action points that can be taken in order to reduce the category spend)

• Ensure that strategic e-sourcing best practices are maintained and shared across the organization

• E-sourcing tool administration (., adding buyers, coordinate with the e-sourcing technical support team on the implementation or enablement of specific features)

• Manage the implementation of additional sourcing modules using the e-sourcing tools for global clients – for example Catalog, Contract Management, Spend Visibility

• Occasional travel to client sites abroad may be required

Ideal Candidate

• University Degree (preferably Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting)
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must
• Strong analytical skills are a must (proven excel proficiency)
• Previous exposure to a client-facing role or stakeholder management
• Understanding of business and economical concepts
• Excellent logical skills, problem solving abilities and detail orientation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to deal with difficult and delicate situations professionally and tactfully
• Well organized and structured, able to prioritize and deal with multitasking
• Previous experience in using e-sourcing/P2P tools is a plus (Ariba, Scout, Coupa, Jaggaer, etc.)
