If your answer is “yes”, we’d certainly like to hear from you!  Nestlers Group is looking for a Sales Representative – HR Support Services, who will manage our business development initiatives, identify, research, and develop business opportunities.

Job description:

  • Perform market research using prospecting strategies to identify new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
  • Establish contact with key decision-makers, develop business relationships
  • Prepare and give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with prospects and existing clients on a daily basis
  • Follow up with the prospective clients
  • Negotiating contracts

What we expect:

  • Very good customer management skills
  • Bachelor's degree, equivalent, or similar level of education in Business administration, Marketing, Human Resources Management etc
  • Over 3 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally, in a consultancy company, a start-up or in an established company with an entrepreneurial DNA
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and self-motivated to produce results
  • Good problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
  • Capability to set the priorities and to keep an overview of the facts
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office(Word, Excel, Power point) and social media
  • Proactive, hardworking, tenacious, adaptable and flexible, with strong business acumen.
