In order to strengthen the sales activity and to offer a high level of service and customer support, Thrace Greiner Packaging SRL is currently looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Representative.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Achieve sales objectives;
- Maintain outstandingly good relationship with assigned clients;
- Generate new business;
- Evaluate the customer potential within allocated area and identify new business opportunities and challenges;
- Improve product knowledge;
- Improve sales skills;
- Generate solutions to specific customer needs;
- Monitor market evolution in terms of consumption habits of the costumers as well as competition activities;
The job involves among other responsibilities:
- Sales activity planning & budgeting;
- Regular customer visits;
- Accurate activity reporting;
- Intensive travel in the allocated territory (70% of the working time).

Requirements:
- minimum 3 years of previous experience in sales activities preferably within B2B segment;
- self-driven with good activity planning skills;
- fast learner and open to new challenges;
- customer oriented and attention to detail;
- problem-solving attitude;
- good communication and negotiation skills;
- smart working and ability to meet deadlines;
- very good team player;
- logical thinking;
- PC Literate Windows, MS Office);
- very good level of English is mandatory;
- clean driving license "B" type required.
