What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning the sales strategy including defining and implement innovative go-to-market strategies
• Developing and executing initiatives designed to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity
• Overseeing implementation of enablement programs, working closely with international peers to tailor content and trainings to the different markets
• Creating and managing operational processes such as lead generation, forecasting, and budgeting
• Partnering with cross-functional teams, including Product, to identify and prioritise opportunities to accelerate growth of the business
• Being a strong foundational leader, drawing upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills to effectively manage the sales cadence
  
  

What You'll Need

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
• 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment and sales operations
• Solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
• A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data
• Natural curiosity and will to make an impact
• Interest in the financial industry
