Sales Support Assistant & Customer  Service

WAMGROUP is an ITALIAN manufacturing leading company, experienced in BULK Material Handling; Conveying, Filtration, Solids, Mixing and Blending Equipment, with more than 60 branches around the world. WAM Trading Romania is a subsidiary of WAMGROUP, now searching for a new colleague to cover the Sales Support Assistant & Customer  Service vacant position.

Mission:
Handle commercial offers and customer orders, in SAP, throughout the entire process, to ensure full customer satisfaction. Act in conjunction with the entire sales team to reach the Company goals.

Activities:

• provide fast, correct and complete responses/offers to customer or sales inquiries
• insert and maintain customer orders in SAP
• invoicing
• management of pre-orders and after-sales support
• ensure accuracy of information in SAP
• order management QA compliance
• provide the periodical requested reports to the Sales Manager
• quick and effective communication within the sales teams

Requirements:

• technical University Bachelor's Degree
• English - advanced level
• good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• AutoCAD - will be considered as advantage
• very good knowledge of commercial legislation
• good communication/persuasion skills
• result/customer oriented
• team working spirit
• driving license is mandatory

Required experience:

• at least 2 years experience on a similar role
