Description

Responsibilities:

• Support sales force in customer management and related sales processes and documents (Comet, Oms, CMF, SPT, GRE/quotations, contracts, discount forms, error notification, etc.).
• Respond to customer one off/ urgent price requests in the agreed time as per Sales Executives / Sales Managers requests.
• Process and review the quality of data in the relevant reporting system in order to improve the business requirements and contribute to raising sales effectiveness and efficiency throughout the country.
• Produce reports, information and analysis for management review and in line with local and regional requirements in order to ensure the sales and sales management development , handle customers data base.
• Drive and support standardized usage and full exploitation of the sales tools / systems. Monitor ongoing data quality and drive further clean up if applicable.
• Managing Customers database, COMET and ensure support for preparing sales campaigns.

Skills & experience

Requirements:

 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Very good DHL services knowledge
• Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent Communication skills
• Very good in English and Romanian language writing
• Analytical thinking
• Planning and Organizing skills
