Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through incoming leads follow-up
- Regular monitoring of multiple sources for potential new leads (from architects, from staff, requests by phone or e-mail, from campaigns, from contact forms, etc)
- Assessment if potential new leads represent CRM relevant contact
- Phone calls for potential leads qualification
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales person for further development and closure
- Follow-up activities for potential leads
- Cross-functional cooperation, especially with Marketing-Sales-Product Development.
- Team with colleagues from Marketing & PM to build pipeline and with colleagues from Sales for efficient hand over of qualified leads
- Follow-up KPIs related leads qualification and conversion rates
- Reports related activity management and KPI results
- Contribution to activities development for marketing plan with insights related leads.
Background:
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, call center or marketing.
Abilities:
- English – medium level
- MS Office – medium; Web Browsers – medium
- Experience in using CRM platforms
- Pleasant attitude on the phone and experience in dealing with a great number of calls per day
- Very good listening&presentation abilities
- Multitasking abilities, prioritization and effective scheduling the working day.
