Sales Support Specialist

Every day, our Sales teams at add new restaurants to the platform to enable you, us and everyone else in 11 different countries to order their favourite food right to their doorsteps. Without our Sales Administrators and Lead Researchers, searching and setting the new restaurants live on would be impossible.

What you'll do:

• Checking contrаcts of аll new restaurant partnerships;
• Validating and verifying all data of our new clients;
• Handling all data with high diligence and confidentiality;
• Quickly handling all administration, so a timely activation of the restaurant our online platform can be assured;
• Ordering merchandise products from our own online shop for the new clients;
• Reaching out to clients when information is still missing or the activation of the account needs to be discussed;
• Dive into restaurant websites, facebook, hospitality platforms and similar sites;
• Cross check potential lead lists supplied to the research team;
• Track new potential clients and process data into the CRM system for your colleagues in the Sales team;
• Qualifying the leads: Call restaurants to find out whether they have their own delivery service.

Are you the one?

• Recent graduate or student with experience in administrative work;
• Native level of Romanian and good level of English;
• You know how to use MS Excel and Google Drive;
• You perfectly know about thе online world and social media channels;
• A good sense of humor for some good fun with your team;
• Accuracy and eye for details;
• Proactive approach about possible improvements in thе processes;
• Working closely with your colleagues and feeling comfortable reaching out to thе new restaurant partners, when necessary.
