Description
Sales Trainer & Development – Bucharest
We are looking for candidates with Passion and Can do attitude for position of Sales Trainer & Development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs, develop, implement and follow up training programs for the Commercial team
- Develop and run training courses for Commercial team based on the EU Sales training curricula
- Support Sales Management in the coaching process for monitoring and developing sales reps’ skills and abilities
- Collaborate with Country CIS champion and CIS Global Commercial team in order to follow the CIS process
- Maintain Sales teams up-dated and trained with the Commercial Initiatives, Processes, Procedures and Tools in place and closely collaborate with EU/Global Sales Development team
- Support Sales Management with preparation of various Sales & Yield performance reports and take training decisions based on its results
Skills & experience
The candidate should have:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Good impact and influence skills, enthusiasm and flexibility
- Functional expertise - Trainer Skills courses would be an advantage
- Knowledge of DHL organization & procedures would be an advantage
- Sales experience would be an advantage
- Very Good PC skills ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of both English & Romanian (spoken & written)
