In order to successfully support the growth of our business in Romania, we are currently looking for a dedicated Salesforce Admin, who will help us in fully accessing and exploiting this amazing tool.
You should be able to understand and challenge business or product requirements and come up with options to solve topics in Salesforce in a scalable, future-proof manner.
You will be based in our Bucharest headquarters, but these days you will have our support for working fully remotely.
You will:

Prepare data for mass imports or manage data from mass exports to be sent to other teams

Act as a point of contact for Salesforce Users in Romania

Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards

Maintain security such as user accounts, mobile user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, field level security, content folder rights, groups, list view rights
-
Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues, working with diverse user groups and potentially with business leaders

Maintain overall requests made to the central team for system configuration, change control, and enhancements

Manage instance to ensure data integrity, security and daily basic audits
-
Assists in conducting training of new or existing colleagues for new features and help with roll-out

Present changes/system enhancements and overall training to diverse audiences

Develop best practices for emergency procedures around Salesforce
You need:
-
3+ years of technical support for web-based applications or similar
-
previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a large company, ideally with a multi-national User / business base
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
Experience in communicating and dealing with people of different backgrounds and different hierarchy levels
-
Working knowledge of relational databases design concepts and data management
-
Knowledge of agile methodology / processes
-
Experience in Salesforce migrations is a plus

Basic understanding of Salesforce integration options
-
Basic understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
-
Proficiency with data manipulation tools and uploading techniques (Data Loader, Workbench, Excel, Plug-Ins)

Basic understanding on how to gather business requirements

Analytical business process development skills and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to troubleshoot system, process and data issues
