Salesforce Administrator in Timisoara
Your typical day
This position will be a part of the Business Operations & Insights Support Team, which is responsible for providing Internal Application Support for Visma employees. The main focus of this position is to maintain multiple Salesforce instances and handle the administrative functions. On top, you should participate in onboarding and change projects and interact with various teams to develop, maintain, and support the company’s Salesforce platforms.
Duties and responsibility:
- Provide day-to-day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce
- Make suggestions on how to improve Salesforce feature usage for higher business value;
- Maintain and import clean data into Salesforce, do mass data updates into Salesforce;
- Create user stories in Jira and perform the testing of the bugs fixed on new functionality developed; to coordinate testing with the end user, if needed;
- Create and maintain Salesforce related documentation.
- Troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.
Job qualifications:

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology;

At least 1 year of experience as a administrator;

Experience working in customized Salesforce environments (a plus);

Admin certificate (a plus);

Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud certification (a plus).
