Job description:

• The Salesforce focal point for solutions’ design on CRM platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community e modules) related to  sales, service, CPQ, campaign e marketing business end-2-end processes 
• Evaluates the best architecture to be put in place, identify components and know the most critical technical aspects of the platform.
• Directly responsible for the solution design; leads and supports the functional and technical team defining modules analysis (domain model and use cases), impact analysis for functional and not functional requisites, guarantying at the same time quality and deadlines respect
• The focal point for the main stakeholders for technical teams and other platforms integrated with  CRM
• The interface to the Technical Architect to share and verify architectural guidelines respect 
• Supports the design and execution of systems, performance and acceptance tests of the designed solutions
• Supports the definition and evolution of standards and development processes
• Stays up to date on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps and applications available from third parties on the Salesforce AppExchange

Job requirements:

• Experience gained on the implementation of Salesforce projects
• Experience gained on end-to-end implementation Salesforce CRM (SFDC) projects with integration with other business systems. Knowledge of the Informatica Cloud suite, knowledge of the Anypoint platform by MuleSoft, knowledge of the Heroku platform or experience in integration projects with CTI platforms is preferred
• Knowledge and experience on the main Salesforce modules, in particular Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud
• Knowledge of the principles of Data and Integration Design
• Programming experience with the following languages: Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, J2EE, Javascript, HTML XML, SQL and their use in the development of CRM solutions
• Certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Application Architect preffered
• Direct experience on agile software development methodology
• Previous experience as Solution Architect in digital transformation projects based on Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud and / or Service Cloud and / or Marketing Cloud)
