SAP ABAP Senior Developer

We are looking for a team member in our ABAP Development team. Overall tasks will be to support and enhance our extensive SAP application landscape.

Your tasks:

• Participate and propose solutions while adhering to cross module integration of SAP FI, SAP MM and SAP SD within SAP implementation Projects
• Drives improvements in the common processes as needed
• Defines highly complex technical requirements for on-going systems maintenance and future functionality to meet business requirements and improve system efficiency
• Research/Trouble shoot complex system performance and stability issues
• Collaborate with functional leads on design of functional specifications - challenge specs if better solution exists
• Prepare comprehensive and thorough technical program documentation including but not limited to specifications, test conditions, test plans, and test data
• Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with process owners, technical and functional team members and users
• To stay updated with the latest technological advancement and changes in the world of SAP development and adapting to these changes by self-training and research work

Your skills:

• University degree;
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development
• Knowledge and experience in ABAP Technologies: ABAP Workbench, ABAP Data Dictionary, Report Programming, OO ABAP, debugging, interfaces, IDOCs, Enhancements & Modifications, BADIs, BAPIs, Dynpro, Reports, User-exits, Smart Forms, SAP Script, ALE/EDI IDOCs, SOAP/REST Web Services, WebDynpro Applications, Fiori, Optimized Database programming etc.
• Basic system administration tasks such as database analysis, tracing issues, identifying performance bottlenecks is required
• Deep experience in application maintenance and support; incident management, and problem management
• Working knowledge of tasks in basis and security tasks
• Excellent written and spoken English skills are mandatory
• Good communications and presentation skills
• High customer focus
• Team player, proactive networking attributes, results and execution focus, high drive
