We are an IT service provider with very extensive and specialized know-how. We support customers of various industries and sizes with outsourcing, IT project management, SAP consulting and other services on “time & material” bases.

For one of our projects we are recruiting an SAP CRM Support Consultant.

Job description

• Takeover of incoming customer requests and incidents in SAP and non-SAP area (ranging from L1 to L3)
• Dispatch incoming tickets to the respective teams
• Take on ticket resolution for dedicated services
• Follow-up on ticket resolution
• Ensure escalation of ticket where necessary
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets
• Provide input for process improvements
• Documentation of the processes and applications
• Clarifying the interfaces between the different areas
• Take over tasks from SAP implementation projects and roll-outs
• Monitoring & functional activities

Requirements

• Experience as SAP consultant
• Very good technical knowledge and understanding
• Willingness of expanding knowledge and development in the area of SAP Sales (CRM, TPM – Trade Promotion Management & other Sales apps integrated with SAP)
• Ability to analyze root cause of problems for quick issue resolution
• Experience and passion in usage and working with mobile apps
• Very high customer and service orientation
• Very good social skills, well and self-organized
• Ready and willing to face challenges and continuous learn
• Excellent spoken & written English skills

Nice to have

• SAP SD knowledge would be a plus
• ABAP understanding would be a plus
• SQL basic knowledge
