SAP Human Resources Project Manager

Job Brief:

We are looking for a . Project Manager to join our company. He will be the one responsible for overseeing the implementation (from a functional and process perspective) of the entire solution involving:

- Cloud SAP SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting and Onboarding, Performance and Goal Management, Succession and Development, Learning Management System, Employee Central, Compensation, Reporting).
- On Premise SAP HCM Payroll module.
- Cloud Kronos Workforce Dimensions modules (Advanced Scheduling, Hourly Employment).

Responsibilities:

- management and triage of issue defects related to the assigned module and ensure day-to-day issues are addressed/resolved,
- coordinating and assisting process owners in developing system documentation for their specific SuccessFactors, Kronos and SAP HCM modules, provide proper training aids that meet change management governance,
- responsible for creating, reviewing, and ensuring that project plans and work demands of the integrated solution are realistic and deadlines are met,
- maintain and control costs, schedule, and quality review of project activities to run on budget, in time and meet agreed requirements,
- identify, assess, and manage risks,
- facilitate training for new process owners and project key users and refresher sessions,
- lead and coordinate testing with the various teams and third parties,
- evaluating data quality and preventative strategies to maintain accurate data,
- responsible to define appropriate process KPIs and targets agreed with the process owners, key users and make sure that KPIs are within targets.

Requirements:

- minimum 2-3 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience on several modules (minimum two with general focus on Employee Centrals),
- minimum one year of SAP HCM Payroll module experience,
- experience with Kronos Workforce Dimensions (Advanced Scheduling, Hourly Employment) is preferred,
- Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Management would be an advantage,
- advanced skills in Excel required;
- strong analytical skills and attention to detail required,
- strong customer service focus with demonstrated skills in supporting project members and process owners in addressing issues and concerns.
