SAP MATERIAL CONTROLLER

SAP Material Controller   :

The position reports hierarchically to Logistic Manager  .

Place of work: Soehner SRL (TM)

THE POSITION AND THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Role:

Take the responsibility for ensuring company internal material management system.

 Main responsibilities:

-Controls the activity related to SAP system in regards of material management between warehouse and production creating orders for transfer of materials;

-Responsible for accuracy in all documentation and transaction activity;

-Verify open orders status ensure that materials are correctly book in the system, finish goods, scrap, raw material;

-Verify the BOM and ensure correct information in SAP;

-Fallow the production material flux, ensuring the accuracy data on the SAP regarding the material status;

-Working with project teams, in order to ensure a timely introduction of test’s orders and booking of results;

-Verify and adjust ramp-up plan in local SAP for correct input for production planner in order to ensure proper production planning of the pre-serial parts;

-Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards;

-Realize random monthly inventory, cycle count if required and be part of yearly inventory team.

Professional and personnel expectations :

-3+ years of experience in a similar role in an international company;

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field preferred;

 -Good knowledge of MRP – SAP (material master data knowledge);

- Good knowledge of English, German will be considered an advantage;

- Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative, fair and be example of integrity.
