SAP MM SRM Support Consultant

We are an IT service provider with very extensive and specialized know-how. We support customers of various industries and sizes with outsourcing, IT project management, SAP consulting and other services on “time & material” bases.
For one of our support projects we are recruiting a medium/senior SAP MM Consultant (SRM, APO knowledge is a plus).

Job description
• Takeover of incoming customer requests and incidents in SAP and non-SAP area
• Dispatch incoming tickets to the respective teams
• Effectively collaborate with 2nd and 3rd level teams
• Take on ticket resolution for dedicated services
• Follow-up on ticket resolution
• Ensure escalation of ticket where necessary
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets
• Provide input for process improvements
• Documentation of the processes and applications
• Clarifying the interfaces between the different areas

Requirements
• Proven experience as SAP MM consultant (minimum 5 years)
• SAP MM customizing knowledge needed
• Analytical thinking
• Very high customer and service orientation
• Very good social skills, well organized and ready to face challenges
• Ability to analyse root cause of problems for a quick issue resolution
• Excellent spoken & written English skills
