We are looking for a SAP on Cloud Migration Cosultant for our locations in Romania. The person must have strong technical SAP competencies (minimum 5 years experience) to apply in international projects and skills in the area of technical coordination and coaching of junior SAP administrators, taking over the mentor responsibility.

Functional Experience :
> Several years of experience in technology consulting
> Has a minimum of five years’ experience in technology projects and/or engagements
> Broad expertise across multiple SAP and non-SAP technologies
> Deep experience in technical planning, implementation and configuration
> Expert in HANA (Installation/Configuration/Migration/Optimization)
> Comprehensive knowledge on S/4HANA architectures and S/4HANA related migration paths and tools
Managerial Experience
> Takes responsibility from time to time as a sub project lead and/or team lead
> Acts as a coach for colleagues and/or customers and partners
> May act as community lead, stream lead or topic owner within an internal community
> Shows business acumen and takes overarching responsibilities for topic areas internally and/or externally
Requiered Languages :
> English: Fluent
Education :
> University degree or equivalent work experience
Professional Training & Certification :
> SAP Technology - specific certification
Key responsabilities and tasks:
> Detailed planning and execution of project related tasks
> Detailed knowledge of relevant SAP and non-SAP technologies (. databases, software stacks and infrastructure components)
> Implements and supports the operation of technical system landscapes
> Supports setup and connectivity of integrated system landscapes (OnPremise, Cloud and Hybrid)
> IT process implementation across all related IT-components
> Support for system optimization
> Support for solution proposals and bid management
> Taking over responsibility from time to time as a (sub-)project lead
> Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
> Delivers customer workshops and trainings
> Has full professional responsibility, either as a functional manager, specialist or senior consultant, and is held fully accountable for all decisions taken.
> Has a substantial impact on the profitability or operating efficiency of the employing organisation(s). Has a significant influence on policy formation.
> Demonstrates an extensive knowledge in the own area and its exploitation in both own and other organisations.
> Takes initiative to keep both own and team-members skills up to date and maintain awareness of developments in the industry.
