Your Role and Responsibilities
- Process Owner for SAP processes in Purchasing
- Development of E2E- process templates tailored to SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP S4 Central procurement for the area Purchasing NPM / CAPEX (indirect procurement)
- Harmonisation and Standardisation of procurement processes and master data within purchasing
- Active participation in SAP ARIBA deployment and roll-out projects (focus on indirect procurement and e-procurement processes)
- Coordinate and Manage SAP ARIBA catalogue management
- Design and realize Ariba guided buying, sourcing and contracts processes
- Support continuous improvement and process automatization initiatives
- Experienced knowledge on purchasing master data
- Work at the interface between internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and deploy change management and communication concept towards suppliers and other internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and manage process deployment activities . testing, training, data migration and status reporting
- Takeover of sub-project
Your Skills & Strenghts
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in SAP projects especially roll-out and deployment projects (purchasing area)
- Experience in international projects (beneficial if within automotive sector)
- SAP experience (advantageous: SAP ARIBA and SAP MM experience)
- Purchasing experience is an advantage
- English fluent (German is an advantage; further European languages are helpful)
- Deep understanding of indirect purchasing processes and e-procurement
- Good experience in project management and also competent in process management and process optimization
- Very Good communication and negotiation skills
- Structured way of working and solution-oriented mindset
