Description
- Providing support to cross-functional issues involving in-scope processes and guide end-users in issue resolution;
- Assisting business users for ad-hoc queries and training as needed;
- Analyzing/troubleshooting and undergoing corrective action related to all in-scope areas;
- Identifying and supporting priority tickets as per business necessity and given KPI measurement;
- Work independently and collaboratively with support teams to solve inquiries;
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to incoming contacts via Skype, e-mail or internal platform;
- Identifying problems and concerns associated with all SAP modules implemented in the scope area;
- The SAP Process Support will provide remote support for SAP based related processes in the SD modules;
- Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
- Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
Qualifications
- Is proficient in foreign language: English;
- Experience in support – SAP modules: Sales and Distribution;
- Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Flexibility, good problem solving capacity and troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to establish and maintain outstanding relationships with customers, vendors, co-workers and users;
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with all levels of employees;
- Ability to work under pressure during peak periods and respecting the deadlines.
