Your Challenge

• Delivers and executes master data management services;
• Supports delivery and implementation of:
• Master data standards for finance master data while respecting minimum requirements regarding segregation of duties, internal controls and key controls;
• Master data related procedural or work instructions as well as other   rules and regulations;
• Assures compliance with process standards for finance master data, finance master data related external and internal rules and regulations;
• Assures quality of finance master data;
• Supports the preparation of documentations for master data processes and related systems;
• Acts as contact person for stakeholders;
• Ensures alignment with stakeholders;
• Delivers and executes master data management services in assigned area of Responsibility;
• Assures compliance with process standards for finance master data, finance master data related external and internal rules and regulations;
• Supports the preparation of documentations for master data processes and  related systems;
• Complies with all current relevant legal and internal defined standards as well as safety and environmental regulations;
• Every employee is obliged, in the context of her or his responsibilities and duties, to report risks and opportunities to their direct superior ;
• Ensures and contributes to the customer satisfaction;
• Ensures and contributes to LEONI financial targets and results;
• Complies with the LPSplus Standards in accordance to LPSplus Manual.

Your Qualification

• Commercial vocational training or respective level of work experience;
• Theoretical and practical knowledge in master data management as needed in assigned area of responsibility;
• Preferably first work experience in finance departments or comparable knowledge;
• Affinity to master data management and relating ERP systems, preferably knowledge in SAP FI as needed in assigned area of responsibility; MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
• Working level English language skills mandatory (spoken and written);
• First theoretical and practical master data management know how as needed in assigned area of responsibility;
• Communication skills, team work capabilities;
• Willingness to work in international teams;
• Ability to think in and work according to processes; reliable planning with tight deadline tasks.
