SCCM Apps Packager

We expect from you:

• A technical Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• +3 years of experience in SCCM
• Proficiency in English language (French will be considered a plus)

Also, in addition, we expect from you to:

• Have experience with IT environments of considerable size
• Think in terms of solutions and best practices
• Be proactive and independent
• Be able to multi-task, handle multiple high priorities projects; balance changing priorities
• Be able to work in a global, multi-cultural, multi-language and geographically dispersed team
• Demonstrate superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills at the System Engineer level
• Show technical knowledge to communicate with business and other internal IS Groups at a peer level
• Have ability and confidence in making system recommendations and providing excellent customer support

In order to succeed you need to have strong knowledge about:

• Windows server infrastructure and Windows 10 endpoints
• High-level IT topology so that you can integrate information into a global picture
• SCCM (OS and applications packaging and deployment) - mandatory
• System Center 2012 onwards
• PowerShell (other scripting languages will be considered a plus) – mandatory

We expect you to contribute with the following:

• Prepare and deploy application packages via SCCM
• Prepare and deploy OS images (Windows client) via SCCM
• Prepare, test and deploy scripts to manage and remediate endpoints configurations via SCCM baselines
• Create Query based Devices and Users collections
• Manage and maintain SCCM policies and clients
• Consult, edit and create proper documentation
• Ensure that operations comply with applicable policies, procedures and rules
• Coordinate with local support teams for follow-up, solving and escalation of the assigned tasks according with the existing procedures
