What we’re looking for
We are looking for a Scrum Master who will coordinate sprints and retrospective meetings, and facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration of Infrastructure Engineers (NSI team).

What you’ll be doing
- Leading one Scrum team of Infrastructure Engineers creating cloud services using standard Scrum ceremonies
- Partner with the Product Owner to ensure the consistent delivery of each sprint output
- Drive development team to stay focused on their Sprint Plan to accomplish the Sprint goals
- Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset and communicates effectively both internally and externally working within the Scrum team
- Foster an attitude of self-management on the team and cross-functional skillsets
- Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization
- Use Jira as a tool to assist Scrum team efficiency

What you need to know / have
- Experience in a Scrum Master role
- Strong experience in the Agile methodology as a Scrum Master in SAFe framework
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to be able to align with various stakeholders on various levels
- A constant focus on what could be improved and helps others to see the opportunity to improve
- Proficiency in using Jira in Scrum Framework
- Fluent communication in English

Nice to have
- communication in French
- SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification
