Proven experience of secretarial tasks, for 3 years minimum.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills both in English & Romanian;

Very good interpersonal skills;

Able to complete tasks within deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment;

Advanced computer skills and Office tools like power point, word and excel

Good organizational and time management skills;

Attention to details; honesty and reliability.

Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.

Job Description


Receiving, registration and distribution of the documents, filing and archiving the correspondence from partners, clients and employees; dеvising аnd maintaining office systems, including dаtа manаgement;

Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and Managements presentations, if requested to do so.
Dealing with incoming email, faxes, and post, often corresponding on behalf of the company.
Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff;
Active support for the other departments from HO;
Responsible for ordering stationary, cleaning materials and protocol supplies;
