Job Description:
1. Keeping the office neat and clean.
2. Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondences.
3. Sorting and registering correspondences in company log ( registrul de intrari-iesiri).
4. Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
5. Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
6. Managing office supplies, purchases and repairs.
7. Coordinating with official entities, suppliers, service providers and clients.
8. Logging or processing bills or expenses.
9. Managing couriers and posts.
10. Implementing procedures and administrative systems (Protectia Muncii) … etc.
11. Maintaining office equipment and properties in full functional status.
12. Maintaining company confidentiality policy.
13. Maintaining Company Staff official documentation.
14. Managing databases / filing.
