Security and Loss Prevention Manager

Urgent Cargus is looking for a Security and Loss Prevention Manager who will join the Urgent Cargus team at our center in Magurele. As a member of the Security and Loss Prevention team, you belong to the core of the Urgent Cargus solid security platform supporting the company's rapid growth. You will be the direct superior of the Regional Security Specialists Team. As part of the Security and LP team at Urgent Cargus , you will support the implementation of business goals and strengthen our brand, effectively protecting against threats and managing risks related to security and loss prevention.
You will be directly responsible for providing business-oriented, cost-effective, innovative and pragmatic solutions and services by:

• Threat assessment, risk assessment and development of a risk management strategy.
• Introducing security changes and improvements by involving management and colleagues, and providing relevant and useful knowledge and awareness about security.
• Ensure that standards and instructions for security and loss prevention are consistently and effectively applied when planning, developing and performing business operations, as well as in all activities related to administration, infrastructure and support functions.
• Implementing risk-based, sustainable, reliable, consistent, integrated, accepted and cost-effective security measures designed based on best practices and concepts of safety and loss prevention.
• Ensure a high level of compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.

In your daily work, you'll constantly check and improve physical security systems, conducting audits, and facilitating regular maintenance and troubleshooting. You will raise security awareness among the employee population by training small groups on security issues and advising on staff safety issues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High experience in team management
• Relevant professional experience in the field of security services, asset protection, loss prevention, risk management, inventory control or similar
• Knowledge of physical security systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Ability to communicate complex topics at different levels
• Travel up to 20%
