Security Engineer

For one of our clients, an international company offering software solutions for the Telecom industry, we are looking for a Security Engineer.

As a Security Engineer, you will be the key person to implementing and managing the security policies and standards, as well as working alongside the other teams to detect and resolve security threats.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a tehnical audit/compliance or information security position;
• Knowledge in Linux operating systems (Red Hat is a plus);
• Technology stack: Bash, Perl, PHP, Python;
• Skilled in troubleshooting;
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field;
• Nice to have as an advantage: certifications (CISA, CISSP, CEH, GSEC, CISM) & experience with OWASP projects; also DevOps tools would be nice to know :)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Continuous Security during the development process;
• Resolve issues reported by the scanning tools;
• Create the technical and procedural documentation;
• Monitor any possibly occuring information security threats;
• Perform Penetration Testing and Application Security;
• Coordinate the monthly System Security Maintenance;
• Work with the other teams to make sure you quickly remediate any security vulnerabilities.
