Segment Leader / Production Supervisor

Responsabilities:

- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

- Supervise the entire operations of the facility with an aim for high performance

- Troubleshooting problems during the production process to get the system up and running again as quickly as possible

- Implements cost-saving strategies and techniques

- Developing improved processes and procedures through data analysis to improve quality of all products.

- Recruits, hires, and trains employees

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

- Ensure compliance with professional standards such as occupational health and safety and customer requirements

- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance

- Submit reports on performance and progress

- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Requirements:

- Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role

- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools

- Advanced skills in MS Office

- Organizational and leadership abilities

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Problem-solving skills

- High School Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Sharp production focus with a drive for accurate results

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
