SEISMIC CALCULATIONS ENGINEER

Requirements:

- Experience: min. 3 years in a similar role;
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering fields (Machine Building / Mechatronics / Automotive);
- Experienced in using 3D design tools - CREO Parametric knowledge is an advantage;
- Experienced in using Mathcad;
- Finite Elements modelling knowledge - experience is using ANSYS;
- Excellent mechanical calculations skills;
- Fluency in English - French medium;
- Analytical thinking and attention to details;
- Costumer oriented;
- Ability to work in remote virtual teams.

Responsibilities:

- Elaborate seismic calculations of electric motors for the nuclear industry, using Mathcad and MS Excel;
- Perform modal analyses for electric motors, using ANSYS Workbench;
- Perform analytical calculations for bearings, bolts, shafts, keys, keyways etc.;
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical departments to make sure that the input data and the deliverables quality are accurate.
