Job description

Account Management:

• Processes the leads delivered by the management
• Develops company’s customer portfolio by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients and turn them into increased business
• Grows and retains existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to companies current customers.
• Negotiates pricing conditions with the customers.

Recruitment and Talent acquisition:

• Works with existing recruiters’ team to select key candidates for the existing projects
• Maintains the relationship with the customers and the key candidates. Presents the candidates to the customers.
• Understands the business model and strategy to drive appropriate talent acquisition services.
• Responsible for the recruitment process.
