Senior Accountant

Our Client, a newly established legal entity on Romanian market specialized in Technical Maintenance/ Sales & Distribution of Agriculture Equipment is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team.

The role involves previous experience in:

The preparation of all primary and company documents related to the company start-up
Implementation of integrated software (ERP)
Booking all the documents into the ERP software per cost centers
Month end reconciliations (stocks, debtors, creditors, banks)
Stock and cash flow forecasting (under direct supervision from headquarters)
Cash management
Previous experience in assets management (intangible, tangible)
VAT, Payroll, Corporate Tax, Intrastat statutory statements filling
Managing the Balance Sheet
Preparation of Annual/Interim Statutory (RAS) and Management Accounts
Managing 1 staff (primary accounting and general ledger)
Ad-hoc Projects, which could include assisting with the integration of acquisitions and IT projects
The Senior Accountant will engage with external advisors (auditors, legal) and headquarters on a regular basis.

Who we're looking for:
We’re looking for a qualified accountant (CECCAR) with experience doing a similar role that can grow as Chief Accountant. You will need to be confident, outgoing and enthusiastic. You’ll act as an independent player, be a self-starter and able to work in an environment of change. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, ERP Software and fluent English are mandatory.
