Senior Accountant

Process Solutions is a Business Process Outsourcing Group who is operating a dynamic and rapidly expanding independent accounting business in the CEE region, delivering services to some of the largest corporations in the world. Through our own offices and together with our partner network, we deliver high-quality finance, accounting and payroll services for multi-national companies across Europe.

Currently we are looking for

Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities include

• co-ordinate several projects simultaneously, involving tasks from transaction processing to tax returns and from management reports to financial statements
• maintain communication with clients, their auditors and tax authorities
• organise and supervise work of 3 to 5 Accountants
• act as an effective advisor and mentor for the team
• decision making related to service delivery and team

Profile

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a multinational environment
• at least 1 year experience in managing staff
• knowledge and experience in Romanian accounting and tax
• ACCA in progress and experience in IFRS are a plus
• client oriented attitude
• integrity and straight thinking
• fluent verbal and written English
