The Senior Accountant is a key role  partnering with all Accounting Teams to deliver the highest quality financial analysis and support to assist in strategic decision-making. You will provide leadership and coordination of regional transactional financial matters, including oversight of the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,General Ledger and other accounting streams . You will ensure that company practices correspond to internal control processes and procedures, that the output of these process create reliable and timely delivery of financial information.

What you will do at Webhelp:

·       Preparation of monthly payroll files, namely allocation to the respective cost centers and recording in accounting books.

·       Calculation and recording in accounting books of payroll estimations.

·       Conduct review of account reconciliations and financial reporting and analysis completed by the accounting team.

·       Ensure the monitoring and analysis of balance sheet accounts, anticipating risks.

·       Monthly control and bookkeeping of the various revenue streams.

·       Support external auditors providing full transactions clarifications and documentation as required.

·       Work with international teams to ensure the implementation of new initiatives and on-going activities.

·       Control and recording of intercompany transactions, ensuring its reconciliation with other Group entities.

·       Prepare financial information and ensure timely reporting to the Group.

·       Design and maintain internal controls related to these functions.

Qualifications and relevant experience:

·                 A bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance

·                 Minimum 3 years experience in Big 4 Audit Firm or similar

·                 Proficiency in Excel

Mandatory English proficiency, Portuguese is a plus
