Senior Accounts Receivable Coordinator

This position works with all types of internal and external stakeholders including management to minimize risk, improve cash flow and in hand working capital.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Mentoring and leading by example other members of the team.
• Delivery of all collections, processes and strategies managing a designated portfolio
• Maintain complete, accurate and updated records of collection activity and account reconciliations.
• Use of objection handling strategies to overcome customers objections resulting from collections contact
• Escalation of cases when required
• Managing day to day relationships with internal and external clients
• Ensure service quality, apply service standards, and actively chase targets within the collections process
• Continuous improvement.
• As part of the finance team the job my include other general accounting duties or reporting as appropriate.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Spanish or Italian
• Experience in a similar debt collection or recovery role in a high contact environment
• Basic understanding of collection techniques and processes
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience using Microsoft D365
• Ability to take initiative and be able to prioritize workloads
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Analytical skills and attention to details
• High self-motivation to achieve target levels
• Proactive approach
• Ability to work with different nationalities and cultures

Education And Experience

• Bachelors’ degree in Economic field
• Min. 3 year of experience in Finance & Accounting area – credit collections department
