Job description:

Exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate in FMCG industry to join the business as a Senior Brand Manager. This is a permanent role based in Otopeni, Ilfov and is open to a talented, motivated person who shares our passion to make Alexandrion a truly key player in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Understanding and ongoing evaluation of alcoholic beverages market;
• Responsible for supplier management and coordinating the communications campaigns;
• Continuous monitoring of market trends and marketing activities to ensure that the right message is delivered for the brand;
• Be fully aware of each brand status in the market;
• Working closely with the marketing team to build, implement and evaluate annual brand business plans;
• Work closely with the communication agency;
• Monitor, measure and manage brand equity;
• Deliver brand training to local distributor’s marketing & sales teams;
• Marketing budget management;
• Act as the brand guardian.

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Strong brand marketing experience, ideally within beverages;
• Ability to implement global brand strategies locally;
• Have a genuine interest and passion for alcoholic beverages;
• Must be fluent in English. Any other language would be a bonus;
• University degree in Marketing or Business studies is considered an advantage;
• Hold a driving license.
