Junior Business Analyst

As part of the GP Financials team, the Business Analyst will offer support to Quality team on different  quality-related tasks, having the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Support process documentation, optimization, standardization and harmonization in the GP Financial team, as well as process automation;
• Support quality checks on defined quality gates and respective evidences;
• Support collecting information for management reporting;
• Cope with AZ Technology’s dynamic project management process & tool environment.
  

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience;
• University Degree (preferably Business Administration, Finance or similar);
• Very strong communication skills;
• Very strong analytical skills;
• Very committed and a fast learner;
• Knowledge of process modelling methods a plus;
• Knowledge of Six Sigma a plus;
• Knowledge of agile way of working a plus;
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access);
• Knowledge of basic HP ALM and SAP a plus;
• Fluent English written and spoken;
• Open to change and improvement in an active environment.

 Skills

• Strong conceptual capabilities and positive, result-oriented "can do" mentality
• Team player with well-developed social and communication skills and cross-cultural experience
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Excel VBA / MS Access is a plus
• Excellent business English
• SAP Skills (Fi/Co) are appreciated
