We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and organized person to join our team as Senior Chief accountant- Bucharest.

The Finance Team is strongly focused on Sodexo values. Our office is a new and modern one, situated in Dimitrie Pompei/ Sector 2. You can reach it easily and either by public transport or by car using an open parking area.

Job description:

·        Control over cost documents in respect to accounting, tax, and content.

·        Supervision of timely financial month closure by subordinated employees.

·        Proper and timely tasks performance.

·        Confidentiality obligation.

·        Professional development, especially participation in trainings and courses organized by the company.

·        Managing the work of Finance Department employees.

Employee’s profile:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • Certified Chartered Accountant.
  • Min. 1-3 years of experience on Chief Accountant position in international company.
  • Minyears of experience in accounting.
  • Experience in managing teams.
  • Very good practical knowledge of local tax regulations.
  • Practical knowledge of International Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standard.
  • Experience in preparing monthly and annual tax declarations financial statements.
  • Experience in contacting Romanian Financial and Tax Authorities (ANAF).
  • Strong organizational skills, communicative person, attentive to details.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (esp. Excel).
  • Practical knowledge of accounting systems.
  • Negotiation level English.
  • During the transition period willingness to travel to Timisoara.
