Senior Components Assembly Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:

Check new design for DFMEA aspects and contribute to design reviews

Generate engineering estimations with process de-sign, investments and realization timing

Support project management and sales with required documents during the offer phase of the estimations

Conceive equipment and process specification for the RFQ process

Analyze offers against the specification and clarify technical content with suppliers

Plan and lead equipment design reviews and releases with the suppliers

Track suppliers to meet timing, process and quality targets

Perform and approve pre- and final acceptance of equipment

Support feasibility and risk assessment activities as well as PAPP process (RunRate) §Support cost improvement and kaizen activities

Profil:

Mechanical, mechatronic or electrical technical University degree;

Substantial assembly and process technology knowledge, molding and/or stamping background

3-5 years experience in automotive industry

Excellent PC skills (MS Office, LN, ACAD...).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)

Basic CAD system skills üGood organizational skills

Willingness to travel
