Senior Corporate Counsel

We are looking for an experienced legal professional to join our team as  Senior Corporate Counsel. If you are a team player, initiative and driven to work in an interesting and challenging multinational company we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Provide variety of corporate and commercial legal support across all lines of business enabling profitable growth while mitigating legal risks and assure adherence to governance policies, ethics, and country specific laws and regulations. Work closely with the Headquarters legal department and respond to ad-hoc queries to include identification, analysis, and evaluation of risks in order to provide appropriate legal solutions. Demonstrate deep general corporate and commercial knowledge across a wide range of sub disciplines such as general corporate law, employment law, data privacy/GDPR/governance, contracts and agreements etc. Perform other legal responsibilities and provide general business and legal advice to all departments as needed.

Required Experience:

Completed Romanian legal studies and qualified lawyer in Romania;

• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience  as an in-house lawyer of an international company;
• Experience and knowledge in corporate law, privacy and data protection (including GDPR) and employment law (advantage);
• Excellent English (both written and oral) and communication skills
