We provide data centre and telecom services in continuous development in a full range of hosting and cloud services through an innovative and new cluster of data centres. We are CISCO and Microsoft Partners and we operate the first implementation of Azure Stack in Romania.

What we really need from you:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field would be fine, but we prefer a Master’s Degree
• English at an acceptable level (we will test you on this)
• Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux OS
• Strong experience in virtualisation and cloud
• Good knowledge of IP network model
• Sometimes Data Center operations mean literally hard working: we need a person able to lift heavy equipment, but no more than 25 kilos.
• As a senior candidate, we expect you to be a very organised, focused and attentive to details person, used to performing with a great deal of independence and responsibility
• Insatiable curiosity for technology
• Strong commitment to customer’s needs.

What it would be nice to have:

• Proven track record and experience in Data Center Operations
• Experience in cloud computing.

What we want you to do:

• Support daily customer requirements
• Physical installation of equipments (cabinets, cages, shelving, cable management routers, servers, switches etc.)
• Remote hands services for customers (like rebooting servers etc.)
• Facility services (like cabling, terminating and troubleshooting RJ45 or fiber connections)
• Respond to emergency outages on site
• Work with various internal/external groups (such as telecommunication service providers, provisioning, equipment vendors, the NOC and customers) to install, troubleshoot, repair equipment, and service customer and facility equipment.
• Assist in the operation and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and HVAC equipment within the Data Center/Facility. Repair equipment.
• Operates under minimal supervision.
