Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist

Role Summary/Purpose

As a Senior Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist you need to understand how to accelerate growth by creating scalable marketing programs through automation. You should have a passion for digital marketing and operational efficiency driving revenue through automation.  

Your mission is to architect and roll out digital campaigns with an innovative edge to optimize and expand your lead database.

 

Ideally, we’re looking for a dynamic professional with strong, 5+ years of experience in marketing automation and digital marketing project management.

Your role will help our team to develop online campaigns for clients with lead capture forms and landing pages to support acquisition and demand generation programs, to successfully reach new customers and expand revenue growth within existing EMEA customer base.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Technical setup and strategy of revenue marketing programs (. Email Nurtures, Event Campaigns) with all the associated flows and targeting settings
  • Editing the HTML templates & necessary development work to handle email campaign launches through Marketo
  • Own landing page testing and optimization from hypothesis development to execution and measurement to enhance user experience and conversion.
  • In collaboration with Creative and Marketing teams, as well as 3rd party vendors, build and constantly test Marketo programs that achieve the goals and objectives of the campaign - correct assets, copy, images, CTA, data collection and tracking points.
  • Create lead capture forms and landing pages to support acquisition and demand generation programs, to successfully reach new customers and expand revenue growth within
  • Delivering reports and develop dashboards for campaign success evaluation
  • Optimizing materials for campaign tracking and attribution
  • Monitor the lead database and dispatch orphan MQLs daily to the appropriate Sales reps.
  • Administrate Marketing automation platform connected to a CRM system
  • Manage/optimize digital channels: ad spend across SEM, retargeting, and display, email efficiency across offers and nurturing to drive more leads while optimizing costs.
  • Handle high volume requests each week while delivering high quality work.

Qualifications/requirements

  • Confident in English and have great communication and problem solving skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Must have at least 5 years recent tactical and strategic, digital marketing experience preferably on a B2B environment
  • Experience with marketing automation/email service provider tools and inbound marketing (Marketo preferred / Hubspot/ Eloqua / Pardot and/or other email campaign tools)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, with a firm understanding of CSS
  • Have high attention to detail and well organized
  • Experience with online platforms, tools and protocols
  • Confident in a multicultural, foreign environment
  • Strong understanding of workflow processes and systems to optimize marketing and sales productivity
  • Experience in stakeholder management and global (agency-like) campaign management
  • Ability to work cooperatively across departments, regions and aid to break down communication silos
  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Experience in training junior campaign developers and driving innovative ideas for elevating our marketing standards
