Senior Electrical Engineer

Workplace: Bucharest

Responsabilities:

• to prepare electrical calculations (for distribution boards, junction boxes, lighting system, cables, grounding and lightning installation) and detailed calculation notes
• to use computer-aided design (CAD) software for 2D drafting and 3D modelling
• elaboration of diagrams for constructions: key single line diagram, single line diagram, control circuit diagrams, connection and wiring diagram;
• elaboration of layouts for constructions: power, lighting, cable trays, grounding and lightning, sections and other);
• elaboration of data sheets and equipment specification;
• to elaborate details for execution and technical design reports and specifications for construction works
• preparation of bill of quantities
• technical support during construction works
• attendance to internal project review meetings
• to liaise with architects and other designers, to agree on safe designs and their fit with the concept of the construction;
• to attend in meetings with clients together with PM
• to report progress on project activities to PM
• estimate duration, propose and agree deadlines with PM for allocated design activities
• to perform department internal quality checks for documents prepared by other engineers or subcontractors

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in electrical discipline
• License ANRE IIA or IIIA
• License with full signature rights
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in EPC/ EPCm projects
• Revit, AutoCAD software experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS office package
• Fluent English
