Senior Expert Finance Digitalization

OMV Petrom Global Solutions is looking for an experienced and talented Senior Expert Finance Digitalization to develop and implement digital finance initiatives.

You will be accountable for designing, structuring and implementing projects in the area of Digital Finance within the OMV Petrom Global Solutions, Finance business unit.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Digital Finance tools and platforms (RPA, BPMS, AI, Analytics, Process mining, Process discovery, Machine learning)
• Research and provide advice to management regarding opportunities in Digital Finance area
• Manages decision processes in the respective area of Digital Finance (. steering committee, tollgates) by ensuring process compliance and project presentation
• Identify and propose improvements for processes / systems / applications
• Manage the relation with stakeholders and collaborate with IT business unit as well as with Digital Finance Transformation team of OMV Group
• Manage small team of experts working to implement digital finance projects
• Plan and budget internal and external resources needed for digital finance projects

Requirements:

• > 9 years specific work experience in Finance / IT areas, with > 5 years of leadership
• University degree in Economics / IT / Business Administration
• Experience in project management / support functions and ideally certification in project management (. Agile, Lean, Design Thinking)
• Strong ability to drive innovation and improvements
• Experience in working with RPA, BPMS and other technical solutions for automation
• Knowledge of SAP system (tables, queries, interfaces, configuration)
• Knowledge of MS Office package, including interfaces with other IT applications
• Experience with programming is a key advantage (VBA, C#, Python, others)
• English – advanced level
