Senior Expert OT Security

Your Tasks

• Ensures process and facility integrity and contributes to successful operations by proactive prevention, participating in the resolution of issues and complex coordination requirements;
• Coordinates program activities with other operating or engineering units to facilitate participation of appropriate staff in project completion;
• Reviews program related documentation to ensure accuracy. Coordinates the implementation of designed engineering solutions in line with global standards;
• Maintains relevant data and systems to ensure compliance and quality assurance against legal and HSSE requirements;
• Works closely with management and stakeholders in determining program objectives to contribute to the development of a comprehensive project design;
• Works on, resolves complex engineering tasks and problems, and provides technical expertise to operational management;
• Plans and executes technical audits on production processes and facilities. Closely works with authorities, internal and external stakeholders to ensure all required permits are in place;
• Supervision and independent coordination of all OT Security projects/measures from approved investment programs (. OT security roadmap);
• Responsibility and independent coordination for recurring internal/external OT security audits in order to fulfil all relevant legal requirements (NIS law) as well as the OSMS;
• Ensures compliance with OT Cyber Security frameworks and standards (OSMS).

Your Profile

• Long duration university degree - Process Automation, Information Technology;
• Master (university or university of applied sciences), specialized in Automation/Information Technology;
• 7 years of relevant professional hand on experience in an equivalent position in the industry;
• Profound knowledge of the implementation of relevant standards (EN, IEC, VDE, DIN, ATEX etc.);
• Profound knowledge in the field of automation engineering and information technologies;
• Knowledge of functional safety and OT security;
• Knowledge of electrical explosion protection measures (ATEX);
• Team-capable, flexible, resilient, open for change;
• Conceptual thinking, responsible and solution-oriented acting to maintain the reliably refinery operation;
• Very good IT and English skills.
