Education: Graduate of university studies in engineering or computer science;
Experience: 5 year experience in SAP maintenance or asset management business;
Language: English - advanced level;
Excellent knowledge of SAP PM, SAP MM;
Ensure further development of process strategy, process landscape and process architecture of the company with special focus on effective and efficient end-to-end processes;
Responsibility for harmonized and standardized processes in the business unit;
Drive prioritization and selection of strategically-relevant process initiatives;
Prepare final decision basis for Process Decision Board;
Support program manager business to achieve integration on non IT topics of the program with other business areas;
Ensure alignment with Business Units on critical operational issues with the target of process enhancement in routine maintenance and turnaround management;
Ensure further development of SAP based processes and tools in inspection, routine maintenance, reliability management and turnaround management (AIDA, eTOP, etc.);
Responsibility for qualification, training and coaching with regards to process management;
Deviation management within SAP processes.
