- Education: Master diploma in IT;
- Experience: ˃7 years in IT service delivery;
- Fluency in English, additional German and other language skills are advantageous;
- Experience with relational databases and advanced SQL and algorithms knowledge;
- Experience with applications deployed on MS Azure cloud infrastructure;
- Ensures stable IT operations by:
- Full accountability for service delivery;
- Close collaboration with IT Service Management, other DS-IT departments and Corporate Group IT.
- Oversee service capacities of IT service relevant internal and external resources (including capabilities);
- Responsible to specify, document and drive the implementation of new business requirements in coordination with Downstream IT & Digitalization, external suppliers and business departments following the established demand process;
- Establish policies that promote IT culture and vision. Ensure professional knowledge management by utilizing knowledge management databases;
- Ensures fulfillment of user requests and service failures, defines relevant procedures. Delivers workarounds/hot-fixes and root cause analysis together with proper documentation;
- Identifies the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management;
- Understands and communicates the financial and operational impact of any changes coming from business and / or DS-IT/ or Corporate IT. Coordinates external suppliers and manages escalations;
- Ensures continuous service, technical and innovative improvement of application services and systems as well as maintenance of technical documentation according to the Downstream IT standards;
- Ensures all (new & old) business & system requirements are in line with the company guidelines (eg corporate directives, rulebooks, mandates);
- Reviews all relevant information on regular basis as preparation for internal and external audits.
