Position Purpose:

The ISC Finance Analyst for Honeywell Redditch&Leicester is responsible for all site Finance Matters for the Redditch business. The role plays a key role in supporting the operational leadership and team to drive year on productivity both from a cost perspective but also from a Working Capital perspective.

In that the role closely partners within the respective functions in particular manufacturing / sourcing and wider operations to support and drive YoY productivity while maintaining high level of Service and Quality to key IC stakeholders.

The ISC Finance Analyst is using and interfacing with multiple Centers of Excellence from Finance to ensure and enable timely and strong support in a standard format.

Team development and being a key leader in the factory are key ongoing goals for that role to succeed. 

What Will You Be Doing Every Day?

Key Responsibilities

•             Lead the Finance support for the Honeywell Redditch&Leicester Factory in with robust weekly / monthly analysis as relevant on P&L, Working Capital and Cash metrics ensuring sound financials decision are taken in conjunction with ISC and Site operational leadership

•             Coordinate the ISC finance activity for Redditch business in terms of: Factory productivity, Monthly operation review, conversion cost review and drive working capital improvements, including IOS reduction

•             Coordinate with Sales, Order Management, Controllership to ensure completeness of billing, right revenue recognition in line with all policies (Credit memo reserve, Accrual rebates, etc).

•             Responsible for closing process, accuracy of P&L, explaining variances vs AOP, PY, in line with all accounting policies and responsible for coordinating any incoming and outgoing recharges

•             AOP process from a financial perspective in close partnership with the business and the respective IC stakeholders. 

•             Partner with business leadership / legal, tax and controllership to ensure robust setup in terms of compliance, controls and business processes.

•             Functional support as relevant with a focus on ISC and Sourcing to ensure robust data in terms of Productivity from a P&L and Working Capital perspective clearly linking projects and improvements to financial impact.

•             Partner with all site function and with relevant Regional function to ensure the best use of the Fixed asset Capital

•             Partner with the site functions to ensure productivity targets and performance expectations are improved

•             Conduct monthly operating reviews, budgeting and forecasting with the local leadership team covering all financial aspects.

•             Special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned.

What Skills & Experience Do You Need?

Basic Qualifications:

•             University Degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration or closely related discipline.

•             Solid experience in Accounting/Finance

•             Good International Financial understanding

•             Strong experience in a manufacturing environment or an ISC Finance function/ FP&A area

Additional Qualifications:

•             Ability to develop strong partnerships within and outside of finance irrespective of reporting lines

•             Excellent influencing skills

•             Leadership experience proved thorough the assigned projects.

•             Strong analytical skills to enable business decisions. Ability to apply sound judgment to business analysis and drive results within a cross-functional team.

•             Excellent systems skills with SAP/ other international ERP, Hyperion (HFM), and Microsoft office products and database applications.

•             Strong process improvement and implementation track record.

•             Previous experience in controls and cost accounting desired

•             Strong written and oral communications skills.

•             Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills.

•             Independent and assertive.
