mvc hrservices is currently seeking for one of its customer, a SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER. The position, in permanent employment, will be based in Württemberg , Germany.
Tasks:
• Effective cost management as co-pilot of EMEA operations
• Planning and control of variable and fixed costs
• Management of EMEA Operations Controlling
• Active cost controlling and analysis of deviations and creation of action plans / coordination of measures for cost optimization (improvement of cost efficiency)
• Monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis of budgets and forecasts for EMEA operations in coordination with the production facilities
• Coordination of the monthly EMEA performance review of all production sites
• Continuous analysis and tracking of savings in operations and procurement projects in the local area and international context
• Support of the local teams with capital expenditure (CAPEX planning) as well as calculations and preparation of decision documents for investments
• Constant support in the implementation of investment projects and the sustainability of financial parameters
• Analysis & tracking of target achievement (margin check) and creation of action plans
• Support in all phases of the transaction process of M&A projects
• Identification and evaluation of potential investment objects / goals
• Implementation and evaluation of market, competition and company analyzes
• Creation of company profiles and support in carrying out company evaluations
• Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of due diligence processes / transactions
• Management responsibility of a team of around 5 employees at 3 locations
Conditions:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or engineering or similar
• At least 5 years of professional experience as an analyst / plant controller (m / f / d) in a business environment
• Customer and solution-oriented leader with a proactive, cooperative business partner mindset
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style with a proactive way of thinking that likes to use the existing
• Professional experience in M&A in a company, a consulting / accounting firm or an investment bank with a proven track record in successful management of employee transactions, including due diligence
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of financial analysis, company valuation (DCF, multipliers) and
Financial accounting (HGB, IFRS)
• Strong communicator with confidence
• Team-oriented, highly collaborative and able to build cross-functional relationships
• Ability to independently solve complex problems for which the analysis requires in-depth evaluation of numerous
• Fluent English and German skills and willingness to travel
