Senior Finance Specialist

• In charge with financial reporting related to Fixed Assets; Inventory; VAT; GL; IC; Payroll and others;
• Keep up to date with the financial legislation and keeps management informed (Pyroll and VAT mostly);
• Supervising the elaboration and keeps track of monthly, annual and trimester financial statements as per Romanian legislation (112; 100; 300; 390;,, Intrastat statements and others)
• Offers support to employees of Keysight Romania regarding their financial questions regarding mostly Payroll, Concur, CFAMS (Fixed Assets tool);
• Point of contact - coordination and relationship management – for the company’s external payroll and accounting service providers, as well as for other Keysight existing or potential providers;   
• Acts as Finance department interface in relation to other Keysight departments;
• Acts as Local Finance department interface in relation to our Finance Hub in India;
• Takes part and actively supports the annual finance audit and internal audit;
• Takes part and actively supports the maintenance and improvement of the software accounting tool used  (Pluriva)
• In charge with analytics and reporting requested by our legislation and the accounting and finance standards;
• Correlates the data from the finance situations,  making sure that the sold from the balance sheet are justified with detailed reports

Requirements

• Min 3 years of accounting experience in a multinational company;
• Very good communication and people skills;
• BSC in accounting
• MS Office & Excel expert;
• English and Romanian fluent;
