To complete our Global Knowledge team and support our growth globally, we are looking for a Senior Trainer at Global Level.

The Senior Trainer’s goal is to take over the full responsibility for our training and development of the company’s Training program. Training and development is a strategic investment focused on delivering corporate and functional learning objectives currently for the Digital operations team at Toluna. All programs within our training and development mandate are aimed at building the skills, experience and knowledge that will increase individual growth and performance within a job, function, the organization and within our industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement the training plan for all Digital Operations team members;
  •  In charge with building, collating, improving and update of training curriculum and materials together with regional peers;
  • Liaise with business acumen for the specific training materials evaluation and improvement (UPS, panel, Sampling etc);
  • Ensure Digital Operations Team is adapting in due time to new processes and procedures;
  • Participate in projects which support the training function;
  • Participate in UAT of new tools, features (update documentation, hands on training)
  • Assist with the administration of mentoring program;
  • Track global objectives progress with regional peers;
  • Propose and organize focus groups and workshops on specific topics;
  • Develop and implement a regular evaluation plan for Digital Operations (to establish the level of expertise);
  • Monitor and analyze the training results for improvement purposes.
  • Update and improve training materials together with regional peers
  • Resolve and respond to training issues and questions from leader and employees on the application and interpretation of processes, company policies;
  • Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of training services

Required skill set:

  • 3+ years of overall experience preferably with direct client handling/training;
  • eLearning experience;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Good understanding of eLearning methodology;
  • Good creative skills and versatile thinking;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment;
  • Must adhere to highest level of customer satisfaction standards;
  • Self reliable and ability to demonstrate ownership;
  • Coaching and mentoring skills;
  • Problem solving ability, logical approach;
  • Planning and time management skills ;
